Ball Lightning

You create a 8-inch-diameter sphere of lightning, as you compress this into a 4-inch-diameter condensed sphere it shoots rapidly and unpredictably at a creature that you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 3d10 lightning damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
