Contact

You and two other creatures within range make contact with a target creature and pull them into a mind plane you can only talk here and take no aggressive actions against anyone within the plane while there. if anyone tries to attack it causes no damage. If the person doesn't wish to speak they can make a WIS saving throw to resist.

you can contact anyone but if they are on another plane you must roll a d20 and the spell fails on a 5 or lower.
