Spread the strength of your mind into your (most likely) feeble arms, and become temporarily absolutely jacked.

For the duration, you add your Intelligence modifier and your Strength modifier to unarmed attacks, in addition to a d4. Your strength modifier is flipped, meaning -2 becomes +2.

However, it cannot go negative, and if it the casters Strength modifier is positive, it simply adds half of it, rounded up to a maximum of +6. The spell ends if you cast it again or if you equip a weapon.

Every round the caster's blood boils hotter and their testosterone levels skyrocket, and they heal 1d6 hit points at the start of the round for the duration of the spell.

The caster also gains 5ft of additional movement for the duration of the spell.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, unarmed attacks gain an additional +1 to their 1d4 roll. The healing factor of the spell gains an additional d6 for every level higher.
