Upon using this spell, your body suddenly overflows with adrenaline for an entire day; your body feels more durable and strengthened. The adrenaline rush suddenly pushes your body past its old capabilities. You've now broken your natural limiter. Your body begins to steam profusely, your entire muscular composition rapidly gains power, and even your overall height increases slightly. As your height increases, your muscular power skyrockets with even the smallest increase in height. Your body slowly stops steaming, and your muscles reach their highest point they can possibly reach. As the adrenaline lingers, you feel like you can take on any threat.
But about 5 hours into your empowerment... Your body takes the toll. Your muscular build remains, but your body aches to no end. Your legs become sore, and hurt to flex or be used for too long. Your core and chest feel like they've gotten weaker, yet they also remain muscular; same as every other part of your body. Your body feels like it broke in an instant, and you collapse to your knees. Throughout the next 19 hours of the day, your body tries to heal itself. Your muscularity steadily decreases, the aching in your limbs decreases, and your body restores itself back to its previous stature. Though by the time your body heals itself, you feel a small amount of strength still linger inside you; reminding you that even though immense strength punishes your body, it gives you capabilities beyond comprehension...
(When using this spell, the caster gains an extra 7 points to all attack, damage, strength, and constitution rolls. This effect lasts for five hours and, upon reaching the sixth hour, your body will take a physical toll and become worn down. Once this happens, the caster must make a Strength saving throw with a DC of 15; if a number at or above 15 is rolled (excluding additional point allocation), the caster takes 5 force damage. If the caster rolls anything below 15 (excluding additional point allocation), the caster must take 8 force damage and collapse to the ground (basically be knocked prone). Throughout the next 19 hours, the casters body will be healing itself and all Constitution rolls will have 3 skill points subtracted from the total roll. This spell's effects do not dispell on the dawn of the next day and, regardless of how many hours remain for the spell, will continue to be active throughout its remaining duration)
