By staring into the eyes of a creature, you can mildly alter the way it sees reality. When you target a creature with this spell, it must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be subjected to one of the following effects of your choice.
- You select a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus, forcing the target to be unable to focus on them. These creatures are Lightly obscured to the target, and have a +10 bonus to stealth checks made to hide from it.
- The targeted creature feels tired during the duration of the spell, losing 10 feet of movement and having disadvantage on opportunity attacks.
- The target can only speak in inverted words. To speak normally, they must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 10 to concentrate on speaking.
A creature can only be affected by one instance of this spell.
