Conjure Poisonous Cheese

This spell creates a magical piece of cheese. The spell caster must remain concentrated to keep the cheese in reality. If the concentration is broken, the cheese will be erased from reality. If the cheese is eaten, the person who ate it will take 1d10 poison damage. The eater always takes damage, and will have to do a Constitution saving throw at the end of their turn, or take an extra 1d6 poison damage every turn until they succeed the roll.
