Cataclysm

A bright streak flashes from your pointing finger to a point you can see. A blast of light radiates out from that point scorching everything within 1 mile. Each creature that can see the point from anywhere must make a reflex save against your caster DC or be blinded until healed. On a successful save, they are blinded for 1 minute.

Every creature within a mile of the point takes 6d6 fire damage, and half damage on a failed save.

Full cover negates all damage and conditions from this spell.
