Using a minor enchantment of illusion, you change your body in subtle ways.  You make use this spell to

• Change your eye, hair or skin colour
• Appear older or younger
• Appear to be sick when you are healthy or appear to be healthy when you are unwell
• Straighten or sharpen your teeth
• Point or unpoint your ears
• Grow or hide a beard
• Appear more feminine or more masculine in facial structure

This disguise will not hold up to physical scrutiny such as inspecting via touch as all the changes made are illusory, and cannot be used to drastically alter your appearance, change your height or add or remove large appendages such as snouts, tails or large horns: you appear to be yourself but with minor physical alterations.  Creatures who have seen you before will be able to identify you even through the disguise, but those who have never met you may mistake your race, age or natural pigmentation.
