Wrest Asteroid (11th Level Spell)

This 11th level spell pulls an asteroid out of the sky and towards the caster. It was created by the arch wizard, Abner Zaraxas.

To prepare the spell the following steps need to be taken:

1. You will first need to have knowledge (via a star chart or predicted historical event) of an asteroid passing the planet
2. You will need the following tools to use during the casting: a compass, a star chart and a sun dial or hourglass to coordinate the spell
3. Alternatively, you can use a far sight spell instead of the physical tools to see the asteroid's trajectory to intercept it
4. You must know Proctiv's Move Mountain spell
5. You must have five 20th level casters with one designated to pull and direct the heavenly body (the Navigator)
6. You will need 100 lb of Star Metal melted and casted into an orb

It will take a day of concentration for the five casters to channel their power into the Star Metal orb, as well as cast Proctiv's Move Mountain on it.

When the asteroid enters the planetary system of the world the casters are on, the Navigator can cast the spell with the required verbal and somatic triggers. 

The bigger the asteroid the more strain on the casters the spell will have. World shaping and civilisation-ending events require larger asteroids, which can and will lead to the death of the casters.
