The next time you hit a creature with a weapon attack before this spell ends, the weapon swirls with unnatural energy as you strike. Roll 1d6 to determine what damage type this spell will inflict. The target takes an additional 2d6 of the determined damage type, and may suffer additional effects based on the type.
| Roll | Damage Type | Secondary Effect |
|---|---|---|
| 1-2 | Fire | The target and all adjacent creatures must make a Dexterity Saving Throw. Taking an additional 1d6 Fire Damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. |
| 3 | Cold | The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure its speed is reduced by half for one minute, resisting the effect on a success. |
| 4 | Lightning | The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure it is Paralyzed until the end of its next turn, resisting the effect on a success. |
| 5 | Radiant | The target must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure it may not target the caster of this spell with an attack or spell until the end of its next turn, resisting the effect on a success. |
| 6 | Necrotic | The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw. Taking 2d6 Necrotic Damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. |

Posted Apr 13, 2024Hey there! For those of you who see this spell, I'd like to ask a favor. I couldn't figure out how to program most of its effects into D&D Beyond, so if there's a way to do so, and you know it, please help me out.
For those of you who just want to use the spell, I'm afraid you'll need to rely on manual rolls for most of it. Sorry about that.
