Feathers of heavenly light spray from your hand, blinding everything and damaging evil alligned creatures.
On a failed save every creature within the cone gets blinded und evil alligned creatures take 2d6 radiant dmg.
At the end of each of its turns, a blinded create can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the blinded effect ends.

Higher Cast
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
