You begin to channel a small blizzard between your hands, holding it nearly to the point of failure, then releasing it with a violent burst. A sudden flurry of cold wind and snow sweeps and swells around you. All creatures within 15ft of you must make a constitution saving throw, taking 8d8 cold damage or half as much on a successful save. All creatures who failed their saves are also Frostbitten. Frostbitten creatures have their movement halved, disadvantage on all attack rolls and saves, for the next minute. At the end of each of its turns, the target repeats the saving throw in an attempt to shake off the Frostbite.

Archmage Vindictus admired the purity of a blizzard so much, he would stand in the middle of them for hours. He believed that blizzards were the estranged sibling to fire. "Fire has the ability to melt and mold something into something better. Blizzards too hold this power, they freeze and chip away at any impurities, and allow oneself to view the beauty within." (Archmage Vindictus)
