This spell is derived from the Knock spell originally; with extensive modification.
The target is a single creature. The targeted creature must make a DEX save. If failed the victim falls prone and takes 2d6 points of damage. If they succeed they do not fall prone and takes half damage.
The spell is concentration spell. Dispel magic also removes the effect automatically.
