You manipulate the flow of time, creating a brief window of opportunity to alter fate for those around you. When a creature within range fails an ability check or saving throw, or finishes their action, you can cast this spell as a reaction to rewind time for that creature for a split second. The targeted creature rerolls the failed check or saving throw, using the new result.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can target additional creatures within range equal to the spell slot level minus 4. Each targeted creature gains the benefit of the reroll or can replace their original action with another, as chosen by you. However, each creature can only benefit from this effect once. Once a creature has rerolled an ability check or saving throw due to this spell, it cannot do so again until the next time it rests. Time swiftly rights itself after these brief anomalies, and the world continues as it was.
