This spell channels arcane energy into dirt, rocks, and minerals within a specific area. After spending an hour enchanting the land, all naturally occurring ores, gems, and minerals in a half-mile radius are leached from the ground, making it unusable for mining. However, all naturally occurring ores, gems, and minerals in a quarter-mile radius instantly double in concentration.
If this spell is cast in an area which has already been leached, the increase in concentration is reduced according to the percentage of the outer radius which has been leached.
At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the outer radius which is leached for minerals increases by a quarter-mile, and the concentration of naturally occurring ores, gems, and minerals in the inner radius increases by an additional 100%.
