As the body of your ally disappears a spirit of utmost evil hate and vengeance gets expelled from your body this apparition turns to you allies killer or on of it's friends relations or allies the target must succeed on a constitution saving throw on a failure they suffer instant death but if they succeed they take 10d10 necrotic damage (this damage bypasses immunities)  and they are frightened of you until they are targeted with remove curse or similar magic. the corpse used in the spell if lost forever and can only be revived by a wish spell

at level nine the chosen target is disintegrated there is no appeal
