Safe Space

By speaking a prayer and touching the ground below your feet, you conjure a magic circle in a 15-foot radius around you. While standing in this area, creatures of your choice are protected from harm. When a creature within the circle is targeted for an attack, you can roll 1d6 and reduce the attack roll by the amount rolled. If you reduce an attack roll in this way and that attack still hits the protected creature, the attacker takes 1d6 radiant damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell at 4th level or higher, the radiant damage increases by 1d6 for each spell level above 3rd.
