Waning Tether

Old Cerulean language knowledge is required to cast this spell.

A purple tendril of arcane energy springs from your fingers toward a creature within range. Make a ranged attack spell against the target. On a hit, the target’s resistances are nulled and its immunities are transformed to resistances.

While the Waning Tether is active, you can use your bonus action to prevent the tethered target to regain hit points until the start of your next turn.

At the end of each of the target’s turn, it can make a Constitution saving throw against the spell. On a success, the spell ends.
