Contract

This spell allows the caster to write a magical contract over the course of the casting time, using its material components. This contract establishes terms to be met, and any consequences should the contract be broken. Anyone who signs this contract is instantaneously bound to its written statements, and if any undersigned parties break the agreed upon terms written in the contract before said terms are met or the contract nullified, they immediately suffer the stated consequences written by the caster. The terms of the contract are up to the casters digression and can range from completing a certain mission, to paying another undersigned party an agreed upon amount of money. In similar fashion, the consequences of breaking the contract before it's completion or nullification can range from causing large, persistent pimples to appear all over the breaking parties face, to instantly killing them.

This contract magically resists any form of coercive signature and will immediately erase any signature not willfully written. In addition, this contract cannot affect anything or anyone that is not a signed party, and should the writing state that it does, upon completion or breaking of the contract, nothing will happen to said parties.

Upon the signing of a contract, both the writing implement and the parchment become indestructible, and the wording of the contract unalterable.

Finally, should all undersigned parties agree to nullify a contract between them, or remove one or more parties from the effects of the contract, they may each take the writing implement used in the casting of the spell and cross out their names. Once any names are crossed out, they disappear from the text, and that party is permanently excluded from the effects of the contract. Should all names be crossed out, the material components disappear forever and the contract is permanently nullified for all signed parties. Should a name be crossed out when any signed party does not consent to it, the name reappears, and the contract remains unaltered and effective.
