As you perform the hand gestures and replicate the chant used as the spell's components, after you form a circle with your index fingers and thumbs, two acupuncture needles appear from the hole between your hands, which emit a toxic gas. Make two spell attacks against a creature, each dealing 1d4 piercing and 1d4 poison damage on a successful hit. If you successfully hit a creature with at least one of these needles, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw, and if it's hit by both needles, then it has disadvantage on the saving throw. On a failed save, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws against diseases and the poisoned condition until the end of your next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, each needle deals an additional 4 poison damage for each slot level above 1st.
