Cloud Of Stars

The caster claps both of their hands in front of the chest like they are praying and utters a command word. ( aka a words backwards like Zatanna casting a spell)  Resulting in a Milky way cloud forming anywhere within the range and sight a miniature nebula with tiny stars that proceed to rush and shoot around in the nebula/cloud. As a bonus action with a thought or point of your finger the stars within your milky way cloud shoot and zoom towards the target/targets exploding with arcane energy.

Target/Targets (Divide number of projectiles between targets) must be visible to caster. The cloud summons 8 projectiles at base level (number of projectiles increases by 2 every 3 levels) each projectile deals 1D6 force damage.
