BIDEN BLAST

You hurl a glowing ball of red, white, and blue light at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 force damage. A weak material (such as a thin wall or floor) the BIDEN BLAST will instantly demolish. 

A creature that was hit and all creatures within a 5 foot radius must make wisdom saving throws against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature now has short term memory loss and cannot remember anything that happened the last 12 seconds. Therefore, not only will the target forget what had happened during the time frame, they will have forgotten what had hit them.

This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you cast the spell at one level above the second.
