Arakores Lash of Lava

You Conjure a lash (whip) of lava and attempt to retrain a creature within 30ft of you with it. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature you can see within range, on a hit the target takes 4d6 fire damage and must make a strength saving throw against your spell dc or be restrained. 

At the start of the retrained creatures turn they take 2d6 fire damage, then at the end of there turn they may make another strength save to escape from the lash. 

To break out, the restrained target can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, the target escapes and is no longer restrained by the hand
