You draw on the power of the void and the chaotic forces of nature to create a twisted landscape of thorns, roots, and vines that swirl and writhe in an endless dance of destruction. The area around you becomes a dense jungle of overgrown plants, imbued with the power of the void and ready to do your bidding.

For the duration of the spell, the following effects are in place:

- Plants within 30-foot radius grow rapidly until they become overgrown and unmanageable, causing the area to become difficult terrain for all creatures other than you. Any non-magical plants that die within the area during the duration of this spell become twisted and suffused with the power of the void, dealing necrotic damage instead of their usual type of damage. Creatures must make a Constitution saving throw or take 4d8 necrotic damage each time they enter or start their turn in the area.

- You can communicate with plants and they become twisted and malevolent for the duration of the spell. They will share information with you but their knowledge may be tainted by their twisted perception of the world.

- You can command plants within the area as long as the void has not already corrupted them. You can instruct them to attack creatures, grab items, or manipulate surroundings as if they were your loyal servants. Beware, however, as some plants may resist your commands and turn on you.

- The void energy flowing through the plants can be directed towards a creature within range. You can use your action to make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, the void energy inflicts 8d8 necrotic damage to the target.
