A miniature model of a grand laboratory appears before you, and with a wave of your hand, it expands into a full-scale sanctum. The sanctum manifests in a space of your choice within range, covering an area of up to 100 feet in radius. Inside, it is equipped with state-of-the-art alchemical apparatus, research materials, and a fully stocked spellcasting library.

The sanctum functions as both a comfortable residence and a fully equipped laboratory. It provides a safe and secluded space for magical experiments, alchemical research, and spellcasting. Inside the sanctum, you have access to specialized alchemical tools and supplies, bonus proficiency in any checks related to arcane knowledge, and advantage on any Arcana checks.

The sanctum also has several interactive features depending on your needs. You can set up customized magical experiments, create temporary magical items, or brew potions at an accelerated rate. The sanctum's essence amplifies any magical rituals or spells performed within it, granting a bonus to spellcasting rolls and increasing their effects, such as duration or potency.

The sanctum is protected from intruders, as only those permitted by you can enter. Its wards prevent scrying and block teleportation magic, keeping its secrets safe.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level or higher, the duration increases by 24 hours for each slot level above 8th.
