Damage/Effect

When you cast this spell, you may

- magically extract blood from your body by taking 5 damage minus your constitution bonus,
- magically extract blood of one grappled, bound, unconscious, or otherwise helpless creature you touch: the creature must be small and cannot have a CR rating of 1/2 or higher, dealing it 5 damage minus its constitution bonus,
- or magically extract blood of one recently deceased creature. The corpse must possess relatively fresh blood (DMs decision).
- use a volume of otherwise available blood

The extracted blood has the volume of about 1,5 liter, roughly the size of a small palantir.
You can use your action or bonus action to control the blood, to turn it into a barely (puddingy) solid, simply shaped Blood Blob, or you can use your action to turn it back into liquid blood. You can alter the form of the Blood Blob to any other very simple blobby shape.
You can use the Blood Blob to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve a items from an open container, tap on a shoulder, distract someone, create slimy clap sounds, absorb a small object (to hide or protect it), drip from the ceiling, do anything you could do with blood pudding, cooking & eating, ...

You can move the Blood Blob up to 30 feet each time you use it.
The Blood Blob can sip/slip through small cracks if it's in its liquid form.
The Blood Blob stains anything it touches red.

Restrictions:
The Blood Blob can't activate magic items, or carry more than 10 pounds. It cannot deal damage to a creature.
You cannot use it to sleigh of hand stuff, for it is too blobby.
The Blood Blob evaporates in a red mist if it is ever more than 30 feet away from you, if you cast this spell again, if it lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action.
