Brilliant Javelin

A gleaming gold javelin is flung toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 1d8 radiant damage, and it's pushed back 10ft.

The spell creates more than one spear when you reach higher levels: three spears at 5th level, four spears at 11th level, and five spears at 17th level. You can direct the spears at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each beam, and they can only push a single target a maximum of 10 ft., even if more than one hit it.
