You can attempt to channel your consciousness into a creature and invoke images and thoughts in their mind. The target must make a DC 11 WIS saving throw or be influenced by their thoughts. While concentrating on this spell, the caster becomes Restrained.
Commands able to be used are:
Infatuate: Force a creature to view someone or something as increasingly appealing. They received the Charmed condition while the caster concentrates.
Terrify: Fill a creatures mind with horrific images and thoughts based on an object or concept. They receive the Frightened condition while the caster concentrates.
Overwhelm: Fill a creature's mind with mental "noise", immediately breaking concentration or other behaviors that require continuous attention.
