Burning Chains

A burning chain extends from your hand and wraps around an enemy. The target of this spell makes a dexterity saving throw. On a fail, the target takes 4d8 fire damage and is wrapped in the chain. At the start of their turn, the target takes 2d10 fire damage and makes another dexterity saving throw to attempt to escape the chain. On a fail, they are still wrapped in the chain and cannot move further away from you. On a success, they escape the chain.
