You may target a creature within 5 feet, including yourself, and grant a +5 to that creature's strength ability score (up to a maximum of 23) for 1 minute as long as you maintain concentration. If an effect causes you to break concentration, you suffer a level of exhaustion.

Casting at Higher Levels. When cast with a spell slot of 7th level and above, the strength bonus and it's maximum increase by 1 for for each slot level above 6th.
