Vhit's Poison Spray

You breathe through some sort of hole at a creature you can see within range and project a puff of noxious mist from the end pointing towards said creature. The creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 3d12 poison damage. Ignores any poison resistances the creature may have.
