A small 5 foot wide storm cloud forms above a target of your choice within range, and strikes it with lightning. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target has disadvantage on this save if they are made of metal or wearing armor made of metal. Every other creature within 5 feet of the target must succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 2d4 thunder damage.
The lightning strike emits a thunderous boom audible out to 100 feet. It also would not spark any fires.
At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the lightning damage increases by 1d6 for each slot above 1st.
