Word Conveyance

You send a message of one word to a willing creature with which you are familiar. The creature hears the word in its mind, but doesn't necessarily recognize you as the sender (your "voice" is not attached to the message). The spell cannot target a creature with an Intelligence score of 3 or lower. Each time you cast this spell, there is a cumulative 5 percent chance that the message is warped, changing the word into a synonym or antonym of the word you intended to send, or some sort of similar or related word (determined by the DM). At dawn, the percent chance drops back to zero.

You can send the message across any physical distance, but only if the target is on the same plane of existence.
