A gigantic bone structure in the shape of a beast fang carved with ancient scripts erupts from the basic fabric of the universe within range. The fang remains for the duration. This spell is unaffected by antimagic field, counterspell, and dispel magic. The fang takes the form of a cone, 5 feet in radius, 15 feet in height, and erupting point-first. Creatures struck by the fang take 10d10 piercing damage. In addition, 1 round later, the scripts on the fang glow red with energy and activate. Creatures within a 15-foot radius of the fang must make a Charisma saving throw, with a -4 penalty if their Intelligence or Wisdom is below 16, and a -8 penalty if both their Intelligence and Wisdom are below 16. On a failed save, they are pulled 15 feet towards the fang, take 4d10 force damage, and have the basic force of their will and magic sucked from them, gaining 1 level of exhaustion and taking a -5 penalty to their spell save DC and spell attack bonus for 1 minute. In addition, during each activation, for each creature that fails the saving throw, the fang adds one point to its power pool. Every other round for the duration, the fang repeats this activation, and at the end of the duration, the fang releases all stored magic in a fiery burst. Creatures within 50 feet of the fang when this occurs must make a Dexterity saving throw, with a -4 penalty if their Intelligence or Wisdom is below 16, and a -8 penalty if both their Intelligence and Wisdom scores are below 16. Evasion does not count towards this saving throw. On a failed save, a creature irresistibly takes a number of d10s of fire and force damage(split equally among the damage types) equal to 5xthe total number of points in the pool.
