Animate Potion

This spell allows the caster to administer a potion to a friendly creature that the caster can see within 30ft. This spell transmutes the materials of an individual potion's container (bottle, vial, ceramic pot, etc.) into a new form to better transport the container's contents to its intended recipient. The potion then magically moves up to 30 ft. to the chosen target and administers its contents. The transmuted potion must take a physical form that is capable of holding the contents of the original container. The transmuted potion cannot move through a space less than 3 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter. If the potion cannot reach its target within the turn it is cast, is resisted by the recipient or this spell is countered, the spell automatically fails, and the potion used in the spell is destroyed as its animating force is lost. Upon administering its contents, the container and all remaining contents break apart into harmless non-magical dust. 

"Grasping the healing potion at her belt, the Alchemist chanted a spell looking across the clearing too her fallen comrade; his blood darkening the snow beneath him. As she raised the potion bottle to the sky its form became bulbous and bloblike before forming glass wings, a beak and a tail. The potion-made-bird flickered across the open space beginning its flight to her downed friend even before it had finished forming. Alighting on the rim of his helmet the bird immediately poured it contents down his throat before unceremoniously shattering into dust. The glade stood silent for a heartbeat that stretched into eternity. Until, thunderously inhaling, her companion startled awake; confusion blanketing his face."
