Blood Control allows you to control blood at will, whether it is still inside a creature or not. (Instantaneous options do not require concentration unless ongoing)
Specifically, this spell allows you to:
- Control the blood within a creature to bend it to your will and restrain the target for as long as you concentrate, or for 1 round without concentration. The target must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw or be restrained by your spell. On a successful save the target is unaffected, on a failed one the target is restrained, and while concentrating you may inflict 1d4 necrotic damage at the top of its turn.
- Instantaneously move, shape, or animate up to 5 sq.ft. of blood, not within a creature, at will. The movement is not enough to cause damage.
- Instantaneously dry, congeal, or solidify blood not within a creature.
* - (A drop of your own blood and a pinch of graveyard soil.)
