Camel Tongue

The target must make a Constitution saving throw.
On a failure, the targets tongue swells up to a massive size, rendering them unable to speak or perform the verbal component of a spell.

At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.

If the target succeeds the initial saving throw, they suffer the effect of this spell for 1 turn, but the spell ends at the end of the turn.

This spell does not benefit from being upcast.
