Bound by War

You extend the feeling of suffocating while at war to an opponent within range. The cloth extends towards them and tries to wrap the opponent from head to toe. The enemy must make a contested grapple check. If they fail they are bound by the cloth. While bound the affected party is considered restrained, blinded, and you are unable to speak.

While bound, only an ally can free you from the binds.
