Brittle

You send a bolt of freezing cold at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 cold damage. Every time the target takes damage after the spell hits, it takes an additional 1d10 cold damage. This effect ends when the target takes fire damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 3rd.
