You target a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. That creature must be able to understand a language you speak. The target creature must make a charisma saving throw or become entranced, and forced to listen to your lecture. That creature cannot willingly make any attack against you, and cannot move more then 30 feet away from you. At the start of your turn you choose to either force them to make a charisma saving throw, becoming incapacitated until the end of their turn, or make a wisdom saving throw, taking 4d8 psychic damage on a failure. You must speak during your turn to continue the lecture. If you are unable to speak, the spell ends.
