Celestial Fury

Celestial Fury is a powerful evocation spell that calls upon the wrath of the heavens to smite the caster's enemies. To cast Celestial Fury, the caster must be in a place where they can see the open sky and must have a holy symbol or a symbol of a celestial being in hand. The caster raises the symbol to the sky and utters a prayer beseeching the celestial powers to unleash their fury upon their enemies. A blinding flash of light descends from the sky, engulfing the targeted area in radiant energy. Any hostile creatures within the area must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d8 radiant damage and be blinded for a short duration.
