For the duration of the spell, the caster must hold a reliquary or gemstone worth at least 750 gp to the creature's head. Any memory the caster chooses will be transferred into the material, which is then treated as a tiny magic item. The affected creature still retains the transferred memories. The affected creature must be willing or incapacitated for the full duration of the spell. Any willing creature in contact with the material used after the spell has been cast may choose to view view the memories through the view of the affected creature. This can happen up to a number of times equal to the caster's intelligence modifier. The affected creature can roll a WIS saving throw to determine which memory was transferred.
If this spell is upcasted at 8th level, the caster may choose to make the affected creature forget the memory, and the saving throw is rolled with disadvantage.
