"Sometimes, the best way to cast a spell is with a fist behind it." A modification of the fire bolt spell, you channel the raw energy of elemental force, not to conjure a distant flame, but to propel your own fist forward with explosive power. As part of casting this spell, you make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach.
On a hit, the target takes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d8, and is pushed back 5 feet if it is a Large or smaller creature. Objects hit by this spell suffer the full impact of the blow, potentially causing them to break or move.
The spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
