Confession

You pull one thought from the mind of a creature within sight. Doing so causes the target to forget said thought and additionally restores 2d6 + the caster's wisdom modifier sanity points. The caster must succeed on a dc15 wisdom saving throw, or reduce their own sanity points by 1d6 + the caster's wisdom modifier. 

Performing this spell on a creature with a wisdom score of less than 6 will have no effect.
