Blink Bolt

You teleport yourself from your current location to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of a creature, and within the spells range, that you can see. You arrive at exactly the spot desired.  You may immediately make a weapon attack using the Blink Dagger that was used as the spell focus.  If the attack hits, the target takes an additional 3d6 lightning damage.

You can bring along objects as long as their weight doesn't exceed what you can carry.
