Consternation

You create Four (4) dreadful orbs of True Fear. Each orb hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A orb deals 1d4 + 1 Psychic Damage to its target. The orbs all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several. (Only Sentient Creatures with a Wisdom of 10 or Higher can make a Wisdom Saving Throw = Dmg Halved) Each orb holds a small fragment of True Fear within it. Each creature in view, struck by the spell are shown a glimpse of their own True Fear (Only They Can See It) and must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by it. Targets struck with the spell are temporarily Frightened. (Later on Stunned) (A construct or an undead is immune to this effect. They are not Frightened)

(DC SAVING THROW HIGHER THAN 10. NOT FRIGHTENED)

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the spell creates one more orbs for each slot level above 1st.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spell will Stunned targets hit by it.
