One creature you see within 60ft of you must make a Constitution saving throw or take 3d8 cold damage. On a failed save, that creature has a bubble of water around its head until this spell ends. It cannot communicate with any creature or produce verbal components. It also has disadvantage on perception checks. The creature is unable to breath and is unaffected by airborne poisons, chemicals, etc. It must make a constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns or take 1d8 bludgeoning damage. On a success the spell ends. A creature can also use its action to make a constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot above 3rd level
