You channel the alluring power of the void to charm your enemies. Choose one creature within range. It must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you for the duration. While charmed in this way, the creature regards you as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. Although the target isn't under your control, it takes your requests or actions in the most favorable way it can. You can cause the charmed target to harm itself. You must spend your action to maintain control over the target, or the charm ends. The target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
