Void Gaze

You fix your gaze upon a creature within range, channeling the unsettling power of the Eldrazi. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target is paralyzed as its mind is overwhelmed by visions of the void. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

While paralyzed in this way, the creature takes 4d10 psychic damage at the start of each of its turns as the void energy ravages its mind.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the psychic damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
