caster calls forth an unholy judge from the void to count the sins of the target and unleash his raw power upon the target. the target must make a wisdom saving of 18, if it fails the target is terrified of the summon and the caster for 2 of it's turns and takes 3d10 necrotic damage. if the target succeeds, the target will not be terrified and only receive half damage.
